American Indian Activities (AIA) – 2025 E6 Conclave
The American Indian Activities (AIA) program at the 2025 E6 Conclave provides Arrowmen with an opportunity to engage in and celebrate Native American culture through dance, drum, and outfit competitions. These events honor the rich traditions of Indigenous peoples and allow participants to showcase their skills in a competitive and respectful setting.
Section Powwow
The Section Powwow will be a competition powwow that follows Southern Etiquette and features Intertribal dances. This is an opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in the traditional styles of powwow dancing and drumming.
Dance & Outfit Competitions
Participants may enter individual dance and outfit competitions, categorized as follows:
Male Dance & Outfit Styles
- Straight
- Fancy Feather
- Northern Traditional
- Grass
- Chicken
- Old Time (Judged as Traditional)
Female Dance & Outfit Styles
- Jingle Dress
- Northern Traditional
- Southern Traditional
- Fancy Shawl
Team Competitions
- Exhibition Powwow Team Dance
- Team Drum Competition
- Both events will follow 2022 NOAC Guidelines.
Judging & Awards
- Sign up to be a judge here by March 22, 2025!
- First, second, and third place awards will be given in each Dance & Outfit category.
- Team Competitions will also be ranked, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for both Team Drum and Team Dance.
- An Overall AIA Award will be presented to recognize outstanding participation across all categories.

- Participants must register for Hand Drum & Dance Competitions here.
- Registration closes on March 22, 2025.
